We're Expanding to New Locations... Interested?
Every Company has to have a starting point. Mr. Jack Davis began as a Quality Control
Engineer, beginning in 1971, overseeing all aspects of final product control before end
production. Seeing the need to specialize and expand the services of his then employer,
suggested a new venue to his employer to create a market to expand its current business.
His idea and plans were not reviewed with much regard and so, began the ideals of creating
a finial product services company.
With the creation of Quality Support in 1992, Jack expanded his consulting expertise into
small item packaging and military specification work. The work load actually began on a
kitchen table, but soon spread through his own home. By 1993, the need to expand and
progress was created with the need of Export crating. After numerous calls and several
demands, Mr. Davis complied.
Who, What, Where, When & Why

The results of the expansion and the costs in doing so were undertaken; however, the
costs to grow, were not reflected as things appear today. Don't be fooled.... Business
was growing and the old wood shop was soon filling up. There were times when the
crates that were being built extended from one side of the building and out the window
on the other side of the building.

26' Piping Crates didn't always fit so well
Over the next year, Quality Support relocated several more times. Finally establishing a permanent facility in Scottdale, PA. The new
facility was very large. "How could we ever use this much space?" It didn't take very long before space became an issue again.

With a full-time staff of 6 people, in 2009, Quality Support again expanded it's services to include a full scale Lumberyard. The
packaging and crating division was functioning at peak capacity, while the lumber division was just beginning to open new doors for
new business ventures. But, early in 2009, the addition of off site crating services, warehousing and logistics created a need to
again undergo another expansion.
This expansion would be the fastest growth rate in company history. The Department of Defense and its vendors increased the
need and the demand for more involved operations. "Clean Room" packaging, "Dip-Tank" projects, NQA1 requirements and large
volume quantity jobs stimulated the need for employees and the space to regulate the work flow. Specialization became the key
word in staffing and cross training became a requirement for employment.
